A quick search on Coffee before visiting Pienza took us to this gem of a place. Plenty of parking and we went straight in to be met by the roaster. He quickly gave us a tour and made us an espresso. We had to buy some beans to take home with us. What a win!

Truly an amazing place and the best coffee I have ever had! Coming here was so much more than just getting coffee, it was a beautiful experience! Fillipo is not only an expert in his amazing roasting technique but also incredibly kind, knowledgeable and genuine. The coffee shop and roasting facility is absolutely beautiful and we were beyond grateful to get a full tour and see his work of art in action. Hands down the best espresso and cappuccino! If you are in the area and love coffee, this is a must go to. Thanks again Fillipo!

Had the most amazing experience with Filippo at GM. We researched great coffee but were greeted so kindly, given a tour of his roastery and walked through all of the beans and products. In addition to the espresso, you must try his homemade creams - insanely good. They roast all of their own beans and ship worldwide. Absolutely must stop in - such a highlight to our Italy trip that we didn’t know we needed!

Wonderful cafe at this shop with a passionate owner! We come here each time we visit Tuscany. Take home lots of the hazelnut-coffee cream!

Hidden Gem in Tuscany Stumbled upon GM Coffee in Tuscany by accident, and it turned out to be one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had. The coffee itself was excellent—rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. But what really set this place apart was the informative tour. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, walking us through the roasting process and the nuances of different beans. It wasn’t just a coffee stop, it was an education in great coffee. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a visit!

Filippo hospitality was incredible, and his coffee even better! The tour and explanation on the coffee making is sufficient and clear, the place looks great and there are many unique and delicious coffee products to purchase, from beans to liqueur and even coffee beer. Amazing place and excellent traditional Italian coffee. The owner is very nice and it is clear that he understands coffee.
